トルコのイスタンブールは、東洋と西洋がミックスした、本当に美しい素敵な都市。なぜかは分からないけれど、まるでディズニーランドにいるような気分とはこの事かもしれないと思い。っディズニーに何度も足を運ぶ人の気持ちを理解したように思った街。イスタンブールは「私のディズニーランド」であると定義付け。
トルコの人の親切さも素晴らしくて、その優しさは人には留まらず動物への優しさを感じた。そんな素敵な街、イスタンブールを表現した作品です。

I expressed the beauty of the city in Istanbul, Turkey. In Istanbul, you can witness the magnificent blend of both the Oriental and Occidental worlds. I was truly breathless at the sheer beauty of this city. I’m not sure why, but being there felt like I was in Disneyland – even though I’ve never been.
With my limited vocabulary, the best way I can describe Istanbul is: my Disneyland.
The Turkish people are incredibly kind, not just to others but also to animals. The way they treat cats is on another level – I’ve never seen anything like it in my life. I had an absolutely amazing time in Istanbul.
I expressed this beauty and memory in my drawing.
